Content Analysis using annual reports

I have prepared a sustainability reporting disclosure index which have few items. I want to check whether the companies in banking, drugs and pharma industries is disclosing the items, does not disclose the items, disclosing few items, disclosing more items on the basis of 0-5 scale.
