Build text generating script
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The concept is to generate sentences based on the input data provided.
For example: we compare the rainfall of every month, so we feed data(REST API) of rainfall to the system. The system then processes the data, compares and then outputs the sentences based on the language we have compiled.

Data: Average Rainfall Data (New Delhi):
June: 20mm
July: 33mm
August: 37mm
September: 23mm
Output:
Because of Monsoon the average rainfall in India for the month of July and August was 33mm and 37mm respectively. Similarly, the average rainfall for the start and end of monsoon (June and September) remained almost similar between 20mm and 23mm.

I am unsure of the budget, so feel free to bid on the project and also in the proposal mention the word "pie chart" so that I understand you have read the whole description to submit your bid.
