Add embeddings, attention and run evaluation metrics

I will provide a code and you will need to add UMLS-Bert Embeddings (https://arxiv.org/abs/2010.10391) , alongside Bert embeddings, and concatenate them using an attention mechanism. You will then run evaluation metrics to find Precision, Recall and MAP at 100 and 1000.
