website cache problem - updates are not showing on website

I have been updating our VPS but doing a git pull. Files get updated and I have verified that the files on the VPS are updated. However, the issue is the website is not updating... I have purged cloudflare cache and also done development mode.
You job is to use Team Viewer to login to my computer and show me what I am doing wrong.
Must be competent in CentOS, Webmin, Virtualmin, Nginx, Cloudflare.
