nginx expert to undo my server guy work

I am looking for a Nginx expert for undo what my server guy did. He is unavailable due to holiday. I asked him to protect my video URLs for a specific folder but now all my mp4 files are not accessible by link if its even in a different folder. He said he did some Nginx configurations for disabling access. You need to check that.
Access will not be shared. For an expert its an hour job max. You need to work through anydesk
