docker and linux script expert needed

I want some docker expert to make a docker for me with an open source project, the project contains nginx, mysql, mongodb, etc, and some scripts, it needs to configure the .env file in advance, right now it uses docker-compose along with source code, it also need domain and ssl to access, and it cannot use localhost to test, I want to make a docker image and/or script that will be much more easier to run, can add and configure ENV variable anytime, and can be used directly to production. send me message, I will send you the original docker tutorial, you will check if you can set it up correctly, and if you will be able to complete this job, I think this is very easy for an expert, so I expect the budget is low.
