25$ budget -> URGENT!!! Server configuration. SSL error problem for MERN project.

I am in need of urgent assistance with the server configuration for my MERN project. I am experiencing an SSL error that falls under the category of "Other SSL error".

I have a MERN application installed on a Ubuntu server. When i try to start it on live session (production)
i have this problem:
- I have configured SSL on the https://neanelu.ro domain name in apache.
- When i access the application on http://neanelu.ro:3000 -> everything is OK!
- BUT!!! When i access the application on https://neanelu.ro -> i get this error (screenshot in attachements) :
