Web Performance Expert (LEMP/WordOps, Linux Admin) Needed for WooCommerce Site with Elementor, Astra & JetPlugins

We are seeking an experienced Web Performance specialist-developer, DevOps, or systems engineer-with proven expertise in Linux administration and the LEMP stack (preferably with WordOps). The project involves a WooCommerce-based website hosted on a VPS (Hetzner), which is currently experiencing resource overload spikes and significant deterioration in web performance and Core Web Vitals.

Built with Elementor, Astra theme, and JetPlugins

Hosted on a Hetzner VPS, running LEMP stack (WordOps preferred)

Facing resource overload and declining Core Web Vitals

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve server and application-level performance issues

Optimize LEMP stack configuration (Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP-FPM) for WooCommerce

Identify and fix bottlenecks related to Elementor, Astra, JetPlugins, and WooCommerce

Implement server and application-level caching and other optimization strategies

Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and overall site speed

Requirements:

Strong experience in Linux server administration

Advanced knowledge of LEMP stack and WordOps

Demonstrable experience optimizing WooCommerce sites, especially those using Elementor and Astra

Familiarity with JetPlugins is a plus

Ability to work with confidential projects and handle sensitive data responsibly
