Ubuntu VPS Setup for Web & Database

I'm seeking an experienced Linux administrator to set up an Ubuntu VPS server. The server will primarily be used for web hosting, database management, and source control.

Key Requirements:
- Install and configure Ubuntu.
- Set up Apache/Nginx as the web server.
- Configure the server for web hosting and database management.
- Set up source control.
- Set up SSL certificate
- Set up SSH
- Set up Control Panel e.g. KeyHelp. Open for recommendations.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Linux, especially Ubuntu.
- Strong experience with Nginx.
- Background in server setup for web hosting and database management.
- Familiarity with source control systems.
