Troubleshoot Nginx, Varnish and Memcached.

I have Nginx, Varnish and Memcached installed. All configurations are upto date. But I cannot get them to work with Magento 2.3.5. There is a potential permissions or firewall issue that I need someone to figure out.
Work done so far:
1. Nginx installed and running
2. Varnish installed and running
3. Memcached installed and running.
4. Apache and Magento installed and running with the above 3. If any of the above 3 are activated it gives either 404 (Nginx and Varnish) or 500 error (memcached)


Will need the below configuration.
1. Front End Nginx (for SSL Port ) + Varnish + Backend Apache
2. Front End Varnish (For Non SSL Port)+ Backend Apache
3. Memcached and PHP Memcached applicable system wide (not just for Magento 2 install).

We will need documentation on any port, ip , location changes.
We will need a list of files that were changed. Will need to put a comment on wherever changes were made with agreed on test /*eg. freelancer */
We will need proof, scripts etc of the changes and that the above mentioned technologies are in use.
Eg. Http Headers, cache test , phpinfo files validations.

Since all the softwares are up and running, We are expecting this to be a 1-2 hours work.
