Troubleshoot High CPU/Memory on DigitalOcean Dropletd

I've been experiencing intermittent issues with my DigitalOcean droplet, which serves as a web server running Nginx. Despite upgrading both memory and CPU, it continues to go down due to high CPU/memory usage. I'm struggling to identify the root cause of these seemingly random problems.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficient in diagnosing performance issues on DigitalOcean
- Extensive knowledge of Nginx
- Experience with server-side caching
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
I need a professional who can pinpoint the problematic requests or issues causing the high usage, and ideally implement a solution to prevent this from continuing in the future. If there are certain wordpress sites we can pinpoint requests, plugins or additional resource usage that would be great. I have caching plugins on most and use cloudflare as well. I use serverpilot as another interface to deploy sites easier. Ubuntu is outdated, however last time i tried to update it froze and i had to go back to an image.
