React and Spring Boot

I have a react app with backend apis on it. It is working fine when I deployed to nginx but domain showing not secured. I added a signed ssl and domain starts working with ssl. But my problem now is that, all the backend endpoints are blocked. Showing mixed content blocked in the network tab. Who can help me fix this.
