Optimize CWP VPS Performance

Job ID: 39793021

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

My VPS runs Control Web Panel (CWP) for a handful of production sites and lately the box has started dragging—pages that used to load instantly now take several seconds or even time-out. The slowdown presents purely as sluggish response times; I am not seeing obvious CPU spikes, memory leaks, or recent configuration changes on our end.

I need an experienced Linux/CWP admin to jump in, diagnose the bottleneck, and restore the snappy performance this server once had. Feel free to use any of the usual tools—htop, netstat, iostat, Apache/nginx logs, MySQL tuning helpers, etc.—so long as you document what you find and the steps you take.

Deliverables
• Root-cause report explaining why requests are lagging
• Implemented fixes (service tweaks, kernel params, cache layers—whatever proves necessary)
• Brief post-work checklist so I can keep the server healthy going forward

Access can be provided via SSH and the CWP panel as soon as we agree on a maintenance window.

Just to add, CWP Support sees very high traffic coming into the one user. And, suggested that to better handle the load, to activate PHP-FPM server-wide to distribute the workload from Apache to the dedicated FPM service, improving performance and stability.
