Nginx expert/cookies with NodeJS

I need help trouble shooting an https/cookies related issue this is the error "Cannot send secure cookie over unencrypted connection" I am using NondeJS 14, with Nginx in production. It works find on localhost but for some reason it does not work on production. I am hosting it on a Digital Ocean Devian OS with myvestacp.com control panel. I am using Svelkit frontend and KoaJS backend.
