Nginx Catch-All Rewrite Configuration

Need a catchall for Nginx so it catches everything after the domain and rewrites it as an argument that value to a default php script.
Example: Domain.com/ABCD -> Rewrites Domain.com/Index.php?uniqueid=ABCD
This should be done without redirecting the user.
