NGINX Ingress with Google Cloud enabled

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me set up NGINX Ingress Controller with GKE. The ideal candidate should have experience with GKE and be familiar with NGINX Ingress controller setup.
Specifically, I need assistance with enabling Google CDN at Load Balancer for the NGINX Ingress Controller within the GKE. This includes implementing load balancing and SSL/TLS termination.
I need NGINX Ingress Controller enabled with Load Balancer, and Google CDN enabled on said Load Balancer so that my customers can point their Domains to said Load Balancer, and Google CDN caches response before hitting the NGINX Ingress Controller.
