Modify nginx compile script: add support for lua and openssl 3

Attached is a script I use to compile nginx.
Use Redhat Enterprise Linux 8.6 compatible linux to test(RHEL, Almalinux, Rocky linux, Oracle Linux, I will test on RHEL)
Put script at location /root/setupSync8/nginx and then run ./compile-nginx.sh

Current script on rerun cleans up directories and redownloads files, modify new features in script to do the same.
Current script has variables on top to specify version/filename to download, modify new features in script to do the same.

Two milestones for project.

Add support for lua-nginx-module

Add following steps in the above link in compile script:
- LuaJIT can be download from the latest release of OpenResty's LuaJIT fork.
- Download the latest version of the ngx_devel_kit (NDK) module
- Download the latest version of ngx_lua
- Download the latest version of the lua-resty-core HERE
- Download the latest version of the lua-resty-lrucache HERE

Add support for openssl version 3

For project send script with #1 first, then after confirm it work and first milestone payment, send script with #2.

To bid on project, add what version of nginx I am compiling in the script.
