Google Cloud - Nginx Reverse Proxy

I'm in need of setting up a multi-container instance on Google Cloud with a complex Nginx reverse proxy configuration.
Key Requirements:
- Nginx Reverse Proxy: This will be the main point of entry to the application and should help with routing traffic to different containers.
- Dynamic IP Update: The reverse proxy should have the capability to dynamically update its SSL certificates when the instance is started.
Additional Information:
- The main Nginx instance will be handling traffic on port 8000, while another Nginx instance will route traffic on port 3000.
- As the project will be deployed on Google Cloud, it is crucial that you have experience with this cloud provider and are able to optimize the architecture for this environment.
