Fix PrivateBin Access Error

I have PrivateBin running on an Nginx server with SSL/TLS already in place and I’m using the default “no-database” filesystem storage. Uploading a paste works, but trying to open its link—whether locally or by email—throws:
“Could not get document data: server error or not responding.”
You’ll receive SSH access plus the step-by-step guide I originally followed. Please diagnose whatever is blocking the retrieval call, apply the fix directly on the server, and leave a brief text file summarising:
• root cause
• exact changes made (config lines, file permissions, modules enabled/disabled, etc.)
• any commands run so I can reproduce the solution in the future.
Once complete, I should be able to create a paste and immediately view it from another browser without that error.
