Fastcgi caching for wordpress

Need to create a diifferent cache of one page with different "r1" query in url
so, if we visit:
"domain.com/?utm-source=google" need to to show cached page "domain.com"
if we visit
"domain.com/?r1=anyquery" need to to show cached page "domain.com/?r1=anyquery"
if we visit
"domain.com/?r1=anyquery&utm-source=google" need to to show cached page "domain.com/?r1=anyquery"
