Docker Upload PDF

i want to upload pdf but i cant do it
when i try to serve my frontend that is nextjs on vercel
i got upload and download pdf but now i cant do it
firstly i got insecure content http error from docker backend
after that i added to header in nginx conf
now i got err_timed_out
how can i solve it can you help me ?
