Django Branch-Based Subdomains Setup

Job ID: 39933872

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m looking for a straightforward way to serve four existing Git branches—dev, test, nonprod, and prod—under matching sub-domains on my AWS server that already runs Django behind Nginx and Gunicorn. All DNS records are in place; I simply need the working configuration and basic deployment instructions, not a full CI pipeline.

Scope (kept lean to fit the current budget):
• Short written guide or annotated config files showing how to point each branch to its sub-domain through Nginx and Gunicorn.
• A single remote walkthrough (screenshare or chat) to confirm the setup works for one branch; I’ll replicate the rest.
• Tips on directory structure or systemd service files so each branch runs independently.

No continuous integration is required; I’ll handle manual git pulls and migrations after your setup is in place.

Deliver the configs, explain the steps clearly, and be available for one brief Q&A session so I can maintain the environments going forward.
