Create a translate site using google api with perfect seo score and speed

as the title says i have a few sites running already made by freelancers from here, but i am still looking for the perfect site to be made that has it all.
Looking for it to be built to run on nginx with mariadb(mysql) so i can manage the hosting myself.
Looking to work with a direct freelancer preferably.
