Create Remote FTP User Setup

I need someone to connect to my AWS server over TeamViewer (or another live remote-control session) and create a new FTP user in the existing vsftpd setup. The server is running Nginx; the underlying OS wasn’t recorded, but you will see it once connected.

What I need done:
• Add a new FTP account that is locked to a single directory I will specify.
• Ensure the account has read-and-write permissions inside that path while being unable to navigate elsewhere (proper chroot / jail).
• Restart or reload vsftpd safely and confirm the user can log in, upload, download, and list files from an FTP client.

I’ll provide the AWS console access, the directorypath, and TeamViewer credentials. Please be comfortable working live while I watch and able to explain what you’re doing so I can repeat it later if needed.
