Create a Environnement for Multiwebsite NextJS/React on AWS Lightsail Centos 7

Hello I would you to build me the PERFECT Environnement to host my web application on NextJS/React and easy to use.

Host : Lightsail AWS
Server : Centos 7
ServerWeb : Nginx
Host: NextJS/React (frontend) ExpressJS/Laravel (BackEnd)
Important : I need a Secure environement

Blog Website (with mysqlcommunity)
Showcase Website

You have to write me a text files of all you do to reproduce the same server bymyself and give me some team, explain. Etc...
