CSRF Token Error

I am having an issue with website that is running HAProxy as a load balancer with two exact servers (they are running on a load balancer) that keeps coming up with a CSRF token (error 403). Users login in to my portal and then the error appears |(Screenshot attached). I would need some one the have a look at the config, (sticky config) and advise. I have need it fixed quite quickly. Need experienced Nginx or HAProxy devops
