I am seeking to build a custom Docker Nginx image from the official one. This will need to include a GEOIP module for country and city information, in addition to blocking and logging capabilities specific to each city and country. I also require the implementation of a WAF module, specifically focusing on anticipating OSWASP's top 10 most critical security risks. Please ensure the log_format is altered to include this GEOIP data.
