Apache / Nginx and Fix Web Site to use Apache Port

Hello, we have a ticket system on our nginx dedicated server. It's called Help Desk Z. We had apache at the time. When it was working. We switched to Nginx. It's no longer working.
We need someone who can work now and get this done quickky. We need to get our ticket system working. I propose running apache on a different port than 80. And then configuring the web site to use apache on different port.
I have 2 seperate web sites, my server runs nginx to power 1. I have another one requires apache only, it cant use nginx. I was wanting to get that web site working with apache on a different port than 80. In other words nginx must remain as is, but this one web site requires apache.
