A watermarking website for Photos and PDFs

As part of our continuing growth, we are looking for an experienced freelancer to develop a user-friendly website that can easily add both text and image watermarks to photos and PDFs. The key features of this user interface should include:
- Support for both photo and PDF file formats for watermarking.
- Capability to add both text and image watermarks.
- An in-built system to automatically position the watermarks with an additional feature to manually override the positioning when needed.
Ideal applicants should have a strong background in web development and experience in creating similar photo editing or manipulation tools. Knowledge in user interface design to ensure ease of use would definitely be advantageous for this project.
