a fullstack crm using nextjs and tailwind css

My project is for a fullstack CRM using NextJS and Tailwind CSS, and I am looking for an experienced developer to help me make it a reality. I need the CRM to include customer management, sales management and factory or task management features, all powered by a MongoDB database. Furthermore, I require more than 7 user roles to be included. The successful freelancer will need to demonstrate knowledge in NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and MongoDB to be considered for the project.
