E-commerce Full-Stack Developer Required

I'm recruiting for a long-term e-commerce project as a startup. I'm looking for a full-stack developer with 1 to 3 years of proven experience (service certificate required). An experience certificate will be provided after a minimum commitment of 3 months form our firm
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: Next.js + Tailwind CSS + Typescript
- Backend: Express.js + MongoDB
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience
- Commitment: 4 hours/day for 26 days/month
- Budget: 6k INR to 12k INR/month (based on proven experience)
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Express.js, and MongoDB
- Experience in building and maintaining e-commerce platforms
- Ability to integrate payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay)
- Familiarity with admin panel functionalities like user management, order tracking, and inventory management
