Website Revamp with React and Next.js

I'm seeking a skilled developer to revamp my current website using a React and Next.js-based template that I've already purchased. The existing site, built with PHP and MySQL, needs to be replaced with this new template. All information, including text content, images, multimedia, and user data, must be migrated and integrated into the new design.

Key Requirements:
- Replace the existing PHP/MySQL website with the new React and Next.js template.
- Migrate all content, images, multimedia, and user data to the new site.
- Include new features: a contact form and contact details section.
- Ensure form submissions are stored in the database, sent via email, and exportable in Excel format.
- Add a blog section and implement SEO optimization.
- Discuss and potentially redesign the navigation structure.
