Update PWA Web App at Vercel

We created a very tiny PWA Web App (only 2 pages - login and another one) which at the present moment saves information using a REST API. We just need to save the same information into a remote mysql database, instead of saving data thru REST API.
PWA Web app is hosted at vercel (free account). Need it to be solved right now up to 3h hours.
