Tutoring Platform Development "TeachersPoint"
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
1. Purpose
This Agreement governs the development of the TeachersPoint platform by the Developer, a web platform inspired by and improved from www.teacheron.com�. All shared information, design, structure, and business strategy are confidential and protected.
2. Confidentiality
All discussions, documents, code, UI/UX, logic, and business models shared during this project shall remain confidential.
The Developer shall not disclose, use, or replicate the information outside the project scope.
This clause survives for 5 years from the date of project completion.
3. Project Scope
The Developer will build a full-featured tutoring platform using Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc., including:
LMS (Learning Management System)
User dashboards (Teacher/Student/Parent)
Payment systems (Razorpay, Stripe)
Country-based content handling
Analytics, SEO, responsive layout
