Project Overview

I’m building the official website for Project Ocean, a privacy-first emotional intelligence and human–AI synergy platform.
The project includes website development + UI/UX design, with a clean, modern, professional aesthetic.

I can write copy and structure, and I know my way around development — I just don’t have the bandwidth right now because we’re deep in grant cycles, architecture drafting, and legal filings.

Project Ocean is in the pre-seed stage, so every dollar matters. I’m looking for someone efficient, affordable, and easy to work with.

1. UI/UX Design

Not heavy Figma work — just:

A clean, modern layout

Aesthetic consistency with the Project Ocean brand (oceanic, teal, black, white, minimal)

Mobile-first design

A design system setup (colors, typography, spacing scale)


If you have Figma skills, great.
If not, Tailwind + React components are fine — I care more about execution than the tool.
