Tender SaaS Platform Build
Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹100,000 INR
Tender is the SaaS platform I’m bringing to market to simplify government-tender discovery and bid consultancy across India. The public-facing site must be a modern, fully responsive React / Next.js application with a premium dashboard experience. Core screens include a live tender feed, rich search with filters (state, department, category, budget, closing date), and dedicated areas for both suppliers and contractors. Clicking a listing should open the official government portal in a new tab, while users can also preview or download the attached documents directly inside the app.
Account management will cover signup, login and paid access. I plan to monetise through Razorpay subscription plans, so the paywall, webhook handling, invoices and graceful downgrade/upgrade flows all need wiring in. The whole front end has to switch seamlessly between English and Hindi; language strings should therefore be externalised for easy maintenance.
On the backend I favour PostgreSQL and expect a clean, scalable API layer that periodically syncs data from GeM, eProcure, Railway, CPWD and major state portals—scraping where an official API is missing. Fast indexing is critical because search speed will be a differentiator. An admin panel must let me moderate tenders, manage users, edit CMS pages and trigger a manual sync when needed.
Extra features on my wish list:
• AI-powered semantic search
• Automatic document summariser
• Eligibility score meter to give bidders an instant readiness gauge
WhatsApp Business integration is also important so leads can be pushed straight to my sales team.
Acceptance criteria
1. Fully responsive React / Next.js UI with bilingual toggle.
2. Working subscription flow through Razorpay test and live modes.
3. Automated tender ingest covering at least the five portals listed above, stored in PostgreSQL.
4. Admin panel showing real-time sync status, user management and content editing.
5. Page-loads under 2 s on a mid-range 4G connection; search queries under 500 ms.
6. Clean, well-documented codebase and deployment guide (Docker or similar).
Please include a realistic timeline, cost breakdown by milestone and links to any comparable SaaS dashboards or data-scraping projects you’ve shipped.
