AI Startup Website Build

I’m launching a public-facing site for Athira Technology to present our AI Software Engineer platform and related services. The visual direction is minimalistic and clean, but still needs to feel cutting-edge and trustworthy to enterprise visitors.
Core pages and sections include a professional landing page, an overview of the AI Software Engineer, dedicated sub-pages for our seven SDLC agents (Planning | Design | Development | Testing | Deployment | Monitoring | Documentation), a services page, pricing page, blog, and a contact form. Everything must be mobile-first, SEO ready, and tuned for fast loading.
Tech stack is fixed: Next.js/React for the front end, Node.js on the server side, and Tailwind CSS for styling. Please architect the codebase so it’s easy to extend, and keep performance in mind—prefer static generation or hybrid rendering where appropriate, image optimization, and Lighthouse best practices.
An internal admin panel is required with full user management, content management, and analytics/reporting so our team can run the site without touching code. Clean UX on the back office is as important as the public site.
Deliverables
• Fully responsive website source (Next.js, Node.js, Tailwind)
• Admin panel with user, content, and analytics modules
• Deployment instructions plus basic CI/CD setup (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Documentation covering project structure and how to add new content
