Spa Website Modernization & Booking

I originally coded shangri-la-spa.com in 2016 and it shows—static desktop-first HTML, dated structure, and navigation that makes it “Difficult to find information.” I now want a fresh, mobile-only rebuild using clean, semantic markup that I can later drop straight into a NextJS + Tailwind + SSG workflow.

What stays
• Colours, general look-and-feel, and most of the existing images and copy still work for us.

What goes
• Outdated service descriptions
• Old pricing strategy tables and any oversized package sections that no longer sell
• The decorative “rows with candles” that clutter pages

What I need built now
• A streamlined, single-column mobile design (no desktop breakpoints)
• Logical, easy navigation so users can reach every page in one or two taps
• An online booking module—simple request/confirmation flow is enough for launch
• HTML using Tailwind utility classes, minimal custom CSS, and clear, component-like structure so I can port it to NextJS later

Deliverables
1. Fully responsive HTML/CSS/JS files, lint-clean and commented
2. Read-me that explains file structure and any build steps
3. Brief hand-off call or document so I can migrate the code into my NextJS repo

Acceptance
If Lighthouse mobile scores stay green, navigation feels obvious, and booking requests land in my inbox, the job is done.
