Senior Full-Stack Developer Consultancy Role

**Title:** Senior Full-Stack Auditor & Technical Overseer (Next.js / Supabase / Lovable)
**Project Overview:**
We are building *Smart Connect Solutions*, a professional service-based marketplace focused on HR and on-demand services. The frontend and initial logic have been generated using AI (Lovable.dev), and we are now looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to act as a long-term Technical Consultant and Auditor.
This is not a traditional development role. Instead, we are seeking a “Technical Guardian” who ensures the platform remains scalable, secure, and well-architected as we grow.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Code Audit:**
Review and validate code exported from Lovable to ensure quality, performance, and security best practices.
* **Architecture & Database Oversight:**
Design and supervise backend architecture using Supabase (Auth, Database, Storage, Edge Functions). Ensure efficient schema design and real-time data handling.
* **Security Implementation:**
Enforce strong data protection standards, especially for sensitive user and worker information. Secure APIs and authentication flows.
* **Deployment & PWA Optimization:**
Manage deployment workflows and ensure seamless Progressive Web App (PWA) functionality across mobile devices.
* **Technical Supervision:**
Review contributions from other developers to maintain code quality, prevent technical debt, and eliminate security risks.
* **Maintenance & Monitoring:**
Set up automated backups, logging, and system monitoring for long-term stability.
