React js to Next js website conversion -reg

We are running a scholarly journal in the website www.jinagri.com. The frontend is react js.
Requirements:
1. Convert this to Next js.
2. Both static and dynamic pages with html customized meta tags in view source page as of now (perfectly SEO friendly) + extra for SEO
3. Professional look for the home and other pages (I will give sample websites).
4. The pages should appear in https://scholar.google.com/ by indexing the meta tags - it is very important
This website is having both admin dashboard (should be with same functions) and before login pages.
