React/Next.js Website Cleanup & Restyle

We're looking for a talented frontend developer with a strong eye for design and UX to cleanup and restyle an existing web application built with React and Next.js. The goal is to give the app a visual upgrade with a new color theme, updated UI elements, and improved usability.

Tech Stack and Requirements
React 18 / Next.js 13+ (App Router)
MUI (Material UI v5)
Tailwind CSS (used for layout, spacing, and colors)
TypeScript
Responsive design (desktop and tablet are the priority, mobile is secondary)

Scope and Expectations
Cleanup all existing styling and delete existing tags.
Introduce a new color theme (you’re welcome to suggest based on a moodboard or palette)
Improve the styling of existing components (tabs, forms, tables/DataGrids, etc.)
Focus on usability improvements: clearer interactions, better spacing/padding, improved readability
Redesign layout structures where appropriate (without changing core functionality)
No new logic is required – this is strictly a visual and UX styling project

Nice to Have
Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) or ability to deliver mockups before implementation
Accessibility (a11y) awareness
Experience customizing MUI themes and Tailwind config
