I'm in need of a seasoned React JS and Next JS professional with over 10 years of experience to conduct virtual interviews for potential candidates. The interviewer will primarily assess the candidates' technical skills with a focus on their proficiency in React and Next JS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual interviews assessing candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, as well as their communication and soft skills.
- Evaluate candidates across different levels, from junior developers to senior developers, depending on the interview.
Ideal Candidate:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience with React JS and Next JS.
- Excellent understanding of the technical skills required for these technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to conduct the interviews.
- Experience in assessing candidates from various levels of expertise.
