React/Next.js Customer Support Chatbot

I'm looking for a developer to build a customer support chatbot using React and Next.js for the frontend, and Python with Django for the backend. The chatbot will be integrated into our main website.

Key functionalities include:
- Live chat with a human agent
- Automated responses based on FAQs
- Ticket creation and status tracking
