I have a packed calendar of front-end developer interviews and need an extra pair of expert eyes and ears. Your role is to sit in on each session, guide the technical discussion when needed, and give me a clear read on every candidate’s ReactJS depth and JavaScript algorithmic thinking. Next.js knowledge is a welcome bonus, though the core focus is solid React expertise and problem-solving insight.

What the collaboration looks like
– I schedule the interviews and send you the links along with each résumé.
– During the call you steer or supplement questions, probe edge cases, and gauge how confidently the candidate reasons through code.
– After the interview you share a concise written assessment highlighting technical strengths, red flags, and an overall hire/no-hire recommendation.

I’m specifically counting on you to
• Validate React component architecture choices, state management patterns, and hooks usage.
• Challenge candidates with algorithmic questions in plain JavaScript and evaluate the clarity and efficiency of their solutions.
• Flag any deeper Next.js understanding when it surfaces.
