React Frontend for Real Estate Platform
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m building a new real-estate web platform and need a frontend specialist who can take clean Figma files and turn them into a lightning-fast, fully responsive Next.js application. You’ll own everything the user sees and touches: setting up the project, creating a library of reusable React/TypeScript components, styling with Tailwind CSS, and plugging each view into our REST APIs.
Along the way you’ll add smart search and filtering, let visitors save favourites, and render rich property pages that load instantly on desktop and mobile alike. Performance, accessibility, and cross-browser consistency matter just as much as pixel-perfect visuals, so you should be comfortable profiling, optimising, and testing your work.
We’ll collaborate in GitHub and communicate directly with our backend and design teams. If you’ve ever integrated maps, tuned pages for SEO, or shipped a real-estate or dashboard product before, let me know—those extras could be put to good use here.
Deliverables:
• A production-ready Next.js codebase with TypeScript, Tailwind, ESLint and Prettier configured
• Responsive screens for home, search, results grid, property detail, and favourites
• Component library documented in Storybook (or similar)
• REST API hooks wired to all data operations
• Build scripts and CI workflow pushed to our GitHub repo
I’d like to kick off quickly, iterate in short sprints, and see an initial searchable listing page within the first milestone. If this sounds like the right challenge for you, tell me about a recent React project where performance and user experience were front and centre.
