Set Up and Run Quran.com Frontend (Next.js) + Quran.Foundation API Integration

Overview:
I need an experienced Next.js / React / TypeScript developer to install, configure, and run the Quran.com frontend locally on my Linux server and prepare the development environment.

Scope of Work:

* Clone and set up the Quran.com frontend repository.
* Configure correct Node.js version and package manager.
* Install and resolve all project dependencies.
* Fix environment and build issues if needed.
* Run the project successfully in development mode.
* Configure environment variables (.env.local).
* Integrate Quran.Foundation API credentials securely.
* Configure OAuth2 + PKCE authentication flow (server-side only).
* Ensure secrets are never exposed to browser bundles.
* Verify frontend loads correctly and login flow works.

This is not a redesign task. Focus on setup, dependency resolution, environment configuration, and secure API integration.
