Quran Hifz PWA SaaS Platform Maintenance contract
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
its a maintainance project for exisitng code base, I’m building a Progressive Web App that helps students memorise the Qur’an (Hifz) through structured, interactive tutoring. The core of the product is educational: every screen, workflow, and data model should make it simple for learners to track their memorisation journey and for tutors to monitor progress in real time.
Tech & architecture
• Front-end: React with Next.js so we get server-side rendering, route-based code-splitting, and an installable PWA experience.
• Back-end: Firebase Authentication for sign-up/login, Firestore for real-time data, Cloud Functions where needed, all deployed on GCP.
• AI layer: Google Vertex AI / Gemini to generate personalised revision plans and gentle reminders as learners fall behind.
• Hosting & scalability: Firebase studio , Cloud Run or App Engine (whichever you prefer) and CI/CD wired into GitHub.
Key feature in scope
Interactive progress-tracking is non-negotiable. Each student should see a clear dashboard showing: surahs assigned, verses memorised, revision streaks, and tutor feedback. Think Duolingo-style streaks but tuned for Hifz.
Deliverables
• Next.js PWA with offline support and “Add to Home Screen” prompt.
• Firestore data model and security rules covering students, tutors, and progress logs.
• Tutor dashboard with CRUD over assignments and real-time updates.
• Vertex AI integration that generates revision schedules and sends push/email reminders via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Clean, well-commented code in a public or private Git repo plus a one-page deployment guide.
Acceptance
The build passes Lighthouse PWA checks, data sync is instant across two browsers, and a demo account shows the AI-generated revision plan updating when progress is edited.
If you’re fluent in this stack and passionate about delivering a polished Islamic learning tool, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
