Traceability & Order Management Web Platform (Next.js + Claude AI)

I'm looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a web application for a pharmaceutical/medical-device distribution business. Full technical specification, a clickable prototype, and a detailed RFP are ready to share on award
The platform has three role-based panels from one codebase:

Admin — full access; quality-control release, order management, invoicing, recall search, dashboard
Supplier — uploads product documents and updates shipment status
Customer — tracks their own orders and confirms delivery

Core scope:

Product lot tracking with a controlled status workflow and full traceability (recall search)
AI document extraction using the Claude API (Anthropic) to read uploaded PDFs and auto-fill data fields
Two-stage automated invoicing with QuickBooks Online integration
Carrier shipment tracking (FedEx/UPS/DHL) with manual fallback
Strict row-level data isolation between the three roles

Recommended stack: Next.js (TypeScript) + PostgreSQL with row-level security. You may propose alternatives with justification.
This is a fixed-price, milestone-based project. Please include: your relevant experience (healthcare/regulated SaaS a plus), examples of similar work, your proposed timeline, and confirmation you've delivered QuickBooks and AI/LLM integrations before. Full code ownership transfers on completion.
