Ongoing Occasional Maintenance for Two Simple Next.js + Tailwind Websites

I am looking for a reliable frontend developer familiar with Next.js and Tailwind CSS to handle occasional content updates for two small websites. Both sites are already built and hosted on Vercel, with automatic deployment from GitHub.

About the Websites
- Business Website – A simple site that provides information about a small business, its product, and contact details.
- Online CV Website – A personal portfolio/CV site.

What’s Needed
- Perform occasional updates (roughly once a month or every two months) to content, images, or small layout tweaks.
- Push updates directly via GitHub (you’ll be added as a collaborator).
- Confirm changes are deployed correctly on Vercel.
- Communicate directly with the site owner via e-mail (non-technical), who will request the changes.

Requirements
- Proficient in Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Comfortable working with GitHub and Vercel deployment workflows.
- Good written and spoken English (to communicate with a non-technical client).
- Responsive and reliable for light, ongoing work (typically 1–2 hours per update).
- Basic image optimisation or design sense.
- Experience simplifying technical concepts for non-technical clients.
