NextJS Market Research Survey Engine

Our comapny building a dynamic engine in NextJS that lets me create, launch, and manage surveys whose sole purpose is to understand customer needs in a market-research context. The core idea is an admin interface where I can design question flows—single or multi-page—with conditional logic, then publish them instantly to a public URL. All responses should be stored in a database, visualised through basic dashboards, and exportable to CSV or JSON.

Here’s what I already decided on:
• Game-plan style flow: instead of static pages, each answer can redirect respondents to the next best question, creating a “path” through the survey.
• Tech stack: NextJS 14 (app router), React, TypeScript, a lightweight UI layer (Tailwind or similar), and either Postgres or Mongo—open to your recommendation.
• Objective tracking: built-in analytics that quickly highlight completion rate, drop-off points, and common answer patterns so I can refine questions over time.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Full NextJS project with clean, commented code.
2. Admin dashboard for survey creation, branching logic, and real-time result viewing.
3. Public survey components optimised for mobile and desktop, with smooth transitions.
4. API endpoints (or tRPC) to create, fetch, and aggregate responses.
5. README with setup, deployment (preferably Vercel/Docker), and test instructions.

Acceptance criteria:
• I can create at least three question types (single choice, multiple choice, text) and define conditional navigation between them without touching code.
• A new survey goes live in one click and records answers instantly.
• Analytics panel loads within two seconds on 1k+ responses.
• All code passes linting and basic unit tests.

All the games are already defined with PRD and screens exists already, only tuning of them and taking some code from Lovable UI and making things Dynamic.
